UNLOCK YOUR CALM WITH MEDITATION

How would it feel to step off the roller coster and move through live effortlessly, and with less friction?

AMAZING right?! I believe you can! πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Mindfulness and meditation have been life changing practices for me. I first discovered mindfulness after the death of my husband when my wonderful GP recommended it to help with anxiety, rumination, sleep, stress and grief. I started by reading everything I could by Jon Kabat-Zinn, the master of mindfulness, including his wonderful book 'Wherever you go, there you are.' Highly recommend! πŸ“š

The practice was so profoundly impactful to my life that I took a deep dive down the rabit hole that is mindfulness and meditation. Since then, I have completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga training, a Vibrations and Mantra Course, and embarked on a pilgrammage to India, where I had life changing and mystical, spiritual experiences. You would call me a total woo woo if you heard my stories!! πŸŒˆπŸ•‰

The thing with mindfulness and meditation is that it is SO simple, it can be done anywhere, by anyone, and in as little as 5-10 minutes per day. Before you say "I can't meditate" let me just say that there are a lot of myths and misnomers about mindfulness and meditation that I will bust in the workshop below.

Where the magic begins to happen is in the eyes open experience. Meaning, once you become a regular meditator you start to live your eyes open daily life through a new lens. A lens that sees a different perspective. A lens that allows you to become less reactive, and more responsive. A lens that creates space between what you are experiencing in everyday life and your reactions. A lens that brings a sense of effortless ease, calm and freedom.

I could bore you with the research and a long list of physical, mental and emotional benefits but you can read about that yourself. Instead, why not simply run the experiment and experience how meditation can benefit your life.
